When an order is placed at the SCADAmetrics eStore, if all equipment is in-stock, we generally ship within 3 business days or less.

For domestic shipments within the United States, UPS is our preferred carrier in most instances.  Unusually heavy or bulky orders are generally shipped LTL Freight via Old Dominion Freight Lines.

For  UPS Ground shipments, the map in Figure 1 (Updated 2024) illustrates the approximate time-in-transit.

For international shipments to Canada, we generally utilize Fedex, UPS, DHL, US/Canadian Postal Service, or the Customer’s Freight Forwarder per Incoterms EXW.

For international shipments outside of Canada, we generally utilize Fedex, DHL or the Customer’s Freight Forwarder per Incoterms EXW.

Do you have questions about shipping?  Give us a call, and we’ll be glad to go over the details.
