All sales are final. Once a purchase has been executed, the purchased equipment is not returnable nor refundable. Before purchase, please ensure that due diligence is performed regarding study of the engineering specifications and user manuals of the SCADAmetrics equipment, in order to determine suitability for the planned application.

If SCADAmetrics opts to waive this non-refundable/non-returnable policy, then customer agrees that a re-stocking fee may still be applied.
