Shipping & Delivery

SCADAmetrics eStore ships merchandise to locations within the United States and select international destinations. Standard shipping terms are generally “pre-pay & add”. However, if buyer wishes for SCADAmetrics eStore to ship collect on buyer’s freight account, then all risk of loss during transit falls to the buyer after merchandise has left the SCADAmetrics premises.

Sales Tax

SCADAmetrics eStore charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the state sales tax rate for Wildwood, Missouri. SCADAmetrics only has nexus in the state of Missouri. Therefore, sales tax is not collected for orders that are shipped to any other state, except Missouri. For Missouri-destined shipments, sales tax is not charged if the buyer provides a current sales tax exemption certificate in advance of the purchase.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal.  If a product you purchase fails to meet your needs, please review the information below and return it to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will be pleased to arrange an exchange or refund. Returns must be in a “new” resalable condition, including all manuals, components and accessories, and in the original packaging.Non-Qualified Returns: Non-qualified and non-conforming returns are not included in our return policy and, if returned, may be refused by our returns department.Custom Made Products: All custom made products cannot be returned.Return Procedure: All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. RA numbers expire after 30 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking fee.Return Shipping: For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. SCADAmetrics shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, SCADAmetrics may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the USA only.Important Note: In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and may be returned to you or be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
