deployed in support of a successful high-altitude research mission launched from Svalbard, Norway \u2014\u00a0led by the <a href=\"https:\/\/psl.nmsu.edu\/\"><strong>New Mexico State University class=\"wp-caption-text\">B202 Modem with the High-Altitude Balloon Payload in the Background.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The <strong>New Mexico State University Physical Science Laboratory (PSL)<\/strong> is a world-recognized leader in sub-orbital platforms, information modeling for predictive decision-making, specialized intelligence community support, advanced NASA scientific exploration and experimentation, homeland security sensing and detection technologies, and advanced weapons and countermeasures development and testing.<\/p>\n<p>NMSU Professor Andrew Denney utilized the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scadametrics.com\/products\/products.htm#B202\"><strong>SCADAmetrics Model B202<\/strong><\/a> to replace a telemetry modem that was based upon the legacy TCM3105 chipset, which is no longer manufactured.\u00a0SCADAmetrics&#8217; modern design incorporates the CML Micro MX614 chipset, which is an updated version of the TCM3105\u00a0\u2014 and it is readily
