When an order is placed at the SCADAmetrics eStore<\/a><\/strong>, if all equipment is in-stock, we generally ship within 3 business days or less.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For domestic shipments within the United States, UPS<\/a><\/strong> is our preferred carrier in most instances. Unusually heavy or bulky orders are generally shipped LTL Freight via Old Dominion Freight Lines<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For  UPS Ground<\/strong> shipments, the map in Figure 1 (Updated 2024)<\/strong> illustrates the approximate<\/em> time-in-transit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For international shipments to Canada<\/strong>, we generally utilize Fedex<\/a><\/strong>, UPS<\/strong><\/a>, DHL<\/strong><\/a>, US\/Canadian Postal Service<\/strong><\/a>, or the Customer\u2019s Freight Forwarder per Incoterms EXW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For international shipments outside of Canada<\/strong>, we generally utilize Fedex<\/strong><\/a>, DHL<\/strong><\/a> or the Customer\u2019s Freight Forwarder per Incoterms EXW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collect Shipping Options<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If Collect Shipping<\/strong> via UPS (preferred)<\/strong> or Fedex<\/strong> is desired, then the customer shipping Account Number<\/strong> and the Zip Code<\/strong> associated with that account should be provided. For Collect Shipments via Fedex, a Pickup Fee will be charged to the customer Fedex account. For all Collect Shipments, responsibility for the shipment falls solely upon the customer after it is picked up from the SCADAmetrics loading dock, and therefore insurance is recommended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
